Unlike other condominiums in other places, you need not wait for years before you can use these Boracay Belle Mont units and its basic amenities and services (pool, security, etc.). Since high-rise structures are illegal on our island, a unit-buyer may use his unit after only a few months. Our design takes into consideration our buyer's desire to use his purchased unit at the soonest possible time. Life is short, Belle Mont works fast.

Photo above is the computer sketch of the 1st unit, as viewed from the pool.

This is an actual completed unit,as viewed from the pool which is currently being completed. The shadows of foliage reveal the lush greenery that surround the Belle Mont lot.
*It is ready for use, despite ongoing construction beside it, because unlike high-rise condominium projects, the architecture of the Belle Mont complex is composed of semi-detached units, and the construction process was designed to minimize disturbance of the completed structures.
Seen below is a view of the same unit, from its own private entrance, opposite the window facing the pool. Unit design is similar to a 5-star hotel room's layout, but with a fully-functional kitchen, and other household amenities and conveniences.

Installed is a key-card electrical system, for the man-on-the-go. Boracay, whether as a vacation spot or a place of residence, is still a place of endless sights to see. Unit owner, in days of haste, may shut down his unit safely, at the pull of a key.

This area below is the bedroom and living room of this studio unit. The area under the split-type airconditioner is where the king-sized bed may be designated. This unit, though not in picture, has already been furnished with a calfornia king-sized bed (80" x 80").

At night, non-intrusive, indirect cove lighting systems have been installed in your unit, to enhance ambience while maintaining sufficient illumination.

Fronting the bed is a high-definition, 32" flat-screen TV, mounted conveniently high in a corner nearest the pool.

This is the bar/dining area.

At night, mellow lights have been considerately placed to illuminate and enhance the bar area's ambience, though not at the expense of function and visibility.

This is the kitchen area. It features compact, built-in counter-top burners to accomodate most of unit owner's cooking needs. Conveniently located adjacent to it is a kitchen sink with hot and cold features.

A wash area beside the bathroom is available to all unit users, whether or not the bathroom is currently occupied.

The bathroom features a bathtub, a telephone and rain shower, a wet-seating area(roman-bath-inspired) which fronts a one-way mirror to allow tv viewing from the bath area, and all other basic bathroom necessities.

The rocks that used to be obstacles in our construction have been broken down into smaller pieces for architectural use - a philosophical touch by the Belle Mont architectural team, and an ecological effort to make use of elements indigenous to the island.

Publicity photos will be available soon.
